Due to the nature of products, returns or refunds will not be granted under any circumstance. Mindful quality inspections are completed prior to shipping each order. 

GYNAURA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once in possesion of shipping carrier. Please ensure you have a secure location to have package delivered.
